Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to behavioral health patients, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments and develop individualized nursing plans of care.
- Participate in treatment team conferences to plan and revise goals, objectives, and interventions.
- Implement nursing plans of care for assigned patients and lead group therapy sessions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required within 1 month of hire date.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
