Job Title: Paralegal - Contract Management Specialist

At ZRG Partners LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team as a Contract Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing contracts with our college and university clients, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including Registry Principals, clients, and external parties, to gather necessary information for contract drafting and ensure smooth coordination throughout the contract process.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in higher education laws and regulations, providing proactive legal support and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Principals and clients, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and handling of correspondence.
  • Maintain, organize, and update departmental files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including logistics planning, preparation of materials, and clear communication with participants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for college/university clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accuracy in client records and contract-related databases.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management processes and tools aimed at increasing efficiency and streamlining workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation, with a focus on contract management and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding strong ethical standards in all aspects of legal work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
