We are seeking a highly skilled Optometric Technician to join our team at LensCrafters. As a key member of our eye care team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

• Assist optometrists in eye examinations, including obtaining medical history and preparing patients for examination
• Perform various tasks to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment, such as conducting tests and reviewing prescriptions
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting patients promptly and answering phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ensuring accurate filing of patient records
• Support retention and cultivation of exams, including making follow-up calls and confirming appointments

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum one year of strong customer service skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to assess priorities and address multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
