At Pinnacle Dietary Global, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food according to menus and yield guides.
  • Perform various job flows as directed by DDS.
  • Assist in planning weekly meals, preparing, and chopping ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized food preparation environment.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
  • Brew coffee, fill beverage machines, and set up food areas.
  • Store silverware, dishes, and other kitchen supplies.
  • Deliver food to staff, patients, and catering events as needed.
  • Comply with all health department requirements for safe food handling.
  • Follow client location security protocols and guidelines.
  • Check and store incoming supplies.
  • Follow assigned break schedules and work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Serve Safe Certification.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to access and navigate all areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Work in excessive heat and cold in association with the kitchen environment.
