Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify impairments and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Physical Therapy, or Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
- Licensed in PT in the state of Illinois
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
- Familiarity with EMR and Physical Rehabilitation software
