We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at a Long-Term Care facility in Spencer, NC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residents' rooms and common areas.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:
