Qualifications:
  • Proficient in the English language to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Availability to work on holidays, weekends, and varied shifts.
  • Ability to accurately document information.
  • Willingness to assist with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Commitment to adhering to all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Participation in mandatory meetings.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving pushing, bending, and manual dexterity.
  • Skills in hearing, writing, and typing.
  • Capability to pull a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
