We are seeking a highly skilled Home Design Advisor to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 per year, plus generous commissions.

Job Summary: As a Home Design Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their design goals and provide expert advice on our range of window treatments. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge and collaborating with our sales team and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with clients to discuss their design goals and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of our window treatments and educate clients on our products and services
  • Collaborate with our sales team and vendors to ensure seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
  • 3-5 years sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional attire and communication style
