Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI and Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our team at MIla Health Inc. in Bellevue, WA. As an AI and Machine Learning Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems capable of handling highly sensitive healthcare data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI systems that integrate with healthcare data to drive innovation and improve patient care.
  • Implement state-of-the-art AI and Machine Learning algorithms to solve complex healthcare challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance of AI systems in production environments.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning research and healthcare technology to drive innovation within the company.
  • Demonstrate high ownership and accountability for project deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new technological concepts and tools as needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience designing and implementing highly secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
  • Strong background in AI and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with healthcare domain knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.

Nice to have skills:

· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

· Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
