Master CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Master CNC Machinist to join our team in Mishawaka, IN.

This is a full-time position on the 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, with a night shift premium of $1/hr. The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machining centers, including Okuma-Howa Lathes, Bar Feeder Lathes, Single and Twin Spindle Lathes, Index Lathes, and Custom-Thread Lathes.
• Perform 1-3 setups per shift, ensuring parts meet client specifications using micrometers and calipers.
• Run two machines simultaneously, utilizing precision measurement tools and equipment.
• Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, and fixtures on machines using hand tools and micrometers/calipers.
• Read, understand, and edit programs for Bar Feeders, applying knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
• Maintain high-quality production standards, adhering to strict tolerances of +/- .001.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Lathe machinery, preferably in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to perform minor edits on CNC lathe (bar feeder) programming.
• Proficiency in changing tooling and making adjustments to CNC Lathe, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
