About the Role:
The Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join the Surgical Services Unit at Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the staff and resources of the Operating Rooms and C-Section suites
- Assist with the development and monitoring of quality and standards pertaining to the Operating Room
- Manage the daily patient care activities of the Operating Room, Recovery Room, Pre Op, and Pain
- Ensure efficient utilization of OR, PACU and Pre OP resources by proactively managing the schedule in collaboration with anesthesiology and surgeons
- Oversee all staff in the OR, PACU, Pre OP, and Pain
Requirements:
- BLS Required at Time of Hire
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Previous Nurse leadership experience in the Operating Room is preferred
