Job Overview:
The Strategic Channel Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and channel development. This leader will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and developing and executing plans to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion through channel development and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, including sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Provide analysis and insights to inform key business decisions, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and operations, with at least 2 years of management responsibility.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and make decisions, with a focus on driving business growth and expansion.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Strong business acumen, with ability to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
