About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Archbold, OH.

Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site position working with a caseload of K-12th grade students. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support student success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students with severe behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
Requirements
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Pediatrics experience preferred
  • School experience preferred
