Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Non-Kinetic Training Specialist role. This position is integral to a comprehensive program supporting the Air Combat Command's Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance training curricula and materials focusing on Non-Kinetic Operations, Information Operations, and Informational Warfare, emphasizing integration with Joint Space, Cyber, Intelligence, and Electronic Warfare platforms.
- Deliver training sessions to military personnel, civilian staff, and contractors, ensuring effective instruction on Non-Kinetic Operations integration.
- Regularly update training materials to reflect new capabilities and maintain relevance.
- Contribute to the development of Area of Responsibility (AOR) certification courseware.
- Support the formulation of policies and programs related to Information Operations and Warfare within the ACC/16AF framework.
- Revise and maintain ACC and 55th Wing training documentation, including syllabi and qualification standards.
- Assist in creating training plans and courseware for Joint Force and Joint Partner Non-Kinetic and Informational Warfare Operations.
- Conduct site assessments to identify new training topics and develop corresponding courseware.
- Implement necessary updates to course materials as required.
- Provide feedback on performance metrics and training effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the capability to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree with 8-15 years of relevant experience (experience may substitute for degree).
- Proven experience in facilitating courses for adult learners and seasoned professionals.
- Strong oral presentation skills and the ability to create clear, informative written materials.
- Team-oriented with a flexible approach to work.
- Experience in a Joint Force and Joint Partner operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ISR platforms and their operational capabilities.
- Experience in planning military exercises such as Red Flag or Weapons School.
- Knowledge of Operations Centers, including AOC, OC, WOC, or TOC.
- Graduation from USAF Weapons School, School of Advanced Military Studies, Joint Advanced Warfighting School, or equivalent programs.
- Experience in Cyber, Space, Electronic Warfare, Mission Defense, Targeting, Information Operations, or Public Affairs.
- Background in planning or executing Operational Plans (OPLANs) or contingency operations.
