ADUSA Distribution is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks on building and equipment, both inside and outside the facility, with minimal supervision.
- Enter work orders into our computerized maintenance system and use it to track repeat repairs and previous work performed.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance with minimal assistance.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and attend training sessions as required.
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call shifts.
- Ability to supply own tools.
- Dexterity with both hands.
