**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Cardiology Clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
* Collect and document patient assessment information, including medical history and vital signs
* Assist physicians during treatment, examinations, and testing, providing accurate and timely information
* Reinforce patient teaching provided by physicians and provide basic healthcare instruction to patients and families
* Perform EKGs and other diagnostic tests as needed
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and records
* Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited LPN program
* Valid Wisconsin or IL LPN License
* Ability to lift, restrain, and ambulate patients
* Manual dexterity to operate equipment and assist with procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Work Environment:**

* Cardiology Clinic, Janesville WI
* 64 Hours/2 Weeks
* Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri - Day Shift, No Weekends
