About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Ernest Health. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities with healthcare providers and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and determine if they meet admissions criteria
  • Prepare development plans, conduct calls, and present to potential referral sources
  • Integrate the hospital's mission and 'Guiding Principles' into daily practice
Requirements
  • Current, valid, and active drivers' license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
  • 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experience preferred)
  • Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
  • Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations
