Job Description

Pyramid Healthcare's Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ provides a trauma-informed, person-centered treatment model for men and women seeking meaningful, long-term recovery. Our treatment approach combines evidence-based practices with scheduled groups, individual counseling, and elective groups to support clients' transition to a sober lifestyle in a comfortable, non-hospital setting. Our adult residential rehab program offers a variable length of stay based on personalized, clinically-driven treatment plans.

Shift Options:

7:00am - 7:00pm

OR

7:00pm - 7:00am

Pay:

$27.00 - $33.00/hour after differentials (based on experience)

Key Benefits:

  • No ADLs: Clients are independent for bathing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • No catheters, I/Vs, ports, or midlines.
  • No blood draws: We contract with a national lab for this service.
  • Minimal physical requirements: No heavy lifting, long periods of standing/walking, etc.
  • No paper MARs: We use active eMAR.

LPN Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial nursing assessment with new admissions.
  • Medication administration.
  • Knowledge and delivery of detox protocols.
  • Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol.
  • Provide medication education to clients.
  • Coordinate and support medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments.
  • Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Licensure, Education, & Experience:

  • Current LPN license in NJ.
  • Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid.
  • One year of experience in a behavioral health treatment setting preferred.
  • Background in Substance Use Treatment and Co-occurring Disorders preferred.
