Key Responsibilities- Room patients and conduct thorough medical histories
- Triage phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with coordination of patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of a certified medical assistant program or previous military training/experience that satisfies Washington state standards required
- Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) or Interim MA-C through WA State DOH required
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required
- Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred
