Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry team at Sutter Health. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient-centered care, addressing potential and actual health and illness problems for patients and families.
  • Use the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients.
  • Guide and monitor the work of paraprofessional and other team members.
  • Integrate the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Patients' Bill of Rights, Professional Scope and Standards of Practice, and pertinent Specialty Standards into nursing practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • RN-Registered Nurse of California
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
  • 2+ years of experience in an acute care clinical experience in nursing and Telemetry

Work Environment:

This position may regularly work with hazardous drugs identified by NIOSH for purposes of USP 800.
