Job Summary:

The Material Handler is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of incoming and outgoing materials throughout the GCM facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handles, moves, and transacts materials during receiving, put-away, floor replenishment, and shipment in a prompt and efficient manner
Issues and posts daily cycle counts
Identifies, communicates, and resolves issues that disrupt material movement
Supports production, purchasing, and quality assurance, material movement requirements
Operates material handling equipment safely per policy and procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of progressive experience working in a shipping or warehouse environment
Ability to operate forklift, drive utility cart, and use pallet jacks

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset
