Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including motorized floor strippers and waxers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as removing ice and snow, cutting grass, and watering plants.
  • Assist with the safekeeping and preservation of janitorial materials and equipment.
  • Launder residents' personal laundry, towels, and bed liners.
  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Capacity to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Physical stamina to perform assigned duties, including lifting up to 100lbs.
