• Develop and deliver high-quality, competency-based educational programs that meet the needs of employers in high-demand professions.
• Engage students with your exceptional communication skills and create a supportive learning environment.
• Promote student success by inspiring students to engage in the learning process and guiding them to master competencies required for life-long learning and career success.
• Collaborate with the Program Director, Campus Dean, and academic support programs to facilitate student success and strengthen the reputation of the university.

• Earned Doctorate Degree in a related field is preferred; a Master's degree will also be considered.
• Record of successful working relationships with internal and external constituencies.
• Teaching, research, and community service experience.
