Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Taos Healthcare.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Document patient interactions, including any changes in condition or treatment.
  • Follow established procedures for charting, incident reporting, and narcotic counting.
Requirements:
  • Current LVN/LPN license in the practicing state.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
  • Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.
