Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to residents, including assessing their health and developing individualized care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
- Contribute to resident assessments and care plan development.
- Implement nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions and prevent complications.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with new graduates welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
