Role Summary:

The Clinical Nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and standards. This position involves the planning and management of patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient care needs by building rapport with patients and their families.
  • Create a supportive environment by offering emotional and psychological assistance to patients and their loved ones.
  • Encourage patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and families about their health conditions and self-care practices.
  • Ensure quality care by adhering to established health standards and evaluating patient outcomes against care goals.

Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in skilled nursing or acute care settings.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
