  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding parking procedures, including directions to parking areas and any specific parking regulations.
  • Monitoring parking areas for any unauthorized vehicles or suspicious activities to maintain a secure and safe environment for our guests.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of parked vehicles by maintaining a visible presence and responding promptly to any incidents.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of parking lots to ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
