Job Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring 100% satisfaction
  • Execute proper steps of service for FOH positions
  • Responsible for complete sales and service of food and beverage
  • Coordinate with table pacing and section maintenance
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide excellent service
  • Knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions
  • Responsible for opening, closing, and running side work throughout the shift

About Our Chef: Chef/owner Julia Sullivan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, with experience at top New York restaurants. Julia has been recognized for her culinary expertise and commitment to sustainability.
