Responsibilities- Coordinate total nursing care for patients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Participate in patient and family teaching, promoting health education and empowerment.
- Collaborate with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
- Develop and modify comprehensive care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
- Initiate and coordinate patient teaching, ensuring patients and families are equipped to manage their care.
- Delegate responsibilities to caregivers, promoting effective teamwork and patient care.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions, utilizing established policies and procedures.
- Administer medication and perform treatments, adhering to aseptic technique and established protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience.
- MA RN License.
- BLS and/or ACLS required.
- Additional certification required where applicable.
