Responsibilities- Administer direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Initiate resident needs assessments and safety checks, reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nurse.
- Coordinate with the nursing team to record accurate vital signs and maintain records of ADLs.
- Provide a clean and safe environment by adhering to standard precautions and infection control standards.
- Promptly respond to call lights and conduct regular assessments to ensure resident needs are met.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience working with the geriatric population.
- Nursing aide licensure required by state.
