Job Description:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Aerotek, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your expertise will be utilized to perform routine calibration and maintenance tasks, as well as troubleshoot and repair production machines. You will also be responsible for maintaining electrical equipment, including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Ensures routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Maintains electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.
• Maintains and troubleshoots all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.
• Repairs and troubleshoots mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
