Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and learn from experienced Master Teachers to refine your instructional techniques and classroom management.
  • Co-teach with teacher-leaders and provide substitute teaching coverage to support your colleagues.
  • Potentially teach your own class or small groups of students, allowing you to develop your teaching skills and confidence.
  • Support students through one-on-one and small group tutoring, as well as small group intervention and student support.
  • Participate in regular meetings with an instructional coach to receive feedback and guidance on your lessons and instruction.
