About the Role

Merry Maids is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-Cleaning Preparation: Prepare cleaning products and equipment for the day's tasks.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize homes, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of client homes to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to client locations.
  • Cleaning Experience: Previous cleaning experience is highly desirable.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3-5 days per week, with hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
