Job Opportunity

Arnold Gruber, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to contribute to their team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be goal-oriented, and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting attorneys in estate, guardianship, and trust administration
  • Preparing pleadings for formal probates, informal probates, guardianships, trusts, and conservatorships
  • Communicating with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to obtain information about decedent's assets
  • Tracking and maintaining receipts and disbursements from client estates or trusts

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and utilize other software and programs
  • Skilled in legal research software
  • Excellent communication and correspondence skills
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
