About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of nursing professionals. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute facilities, collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans, and track outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality RN care in post-acute facilities
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans
  • Track outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff
  • Administer and supervise appropriate treatments and medications to residents
  • Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored
  • Inform residents and family members about best care options
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work
  • Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
  • Verify accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions
  • Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training as needed
  • Assist with incident investigations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from approved nursing program
  • At least 1 year of experience (RN or similar role)
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
