Key Accountabilities:
  • Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and addressing any concerns.
  • Process returns and handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory levels, participating in annual physical inventory counts.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement for this role.
  • Candidates must be at least 19 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record.
  • The successful applicant will be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, have excellent spatial awareness, and be able to read maps or navigate geographic areas effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely in various road conditions, including transportation of hazardous materials, is essential.
Salary and Benefits:

FMP offers a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, profit sharing, paid holidays/vacation/sick time, STD/LTD, and more.
