Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Buffalo, Missouri area.

About the Role

This SLP position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Provide therapy services to address articulation, language reception, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment options.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • A valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Missouri.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Previous experience in a school setting.
  • IEP experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with AAC devices.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus health, dental, and vision insurance plans, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
