About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concreter and Finisher to join our team at Eco-Polish LLC. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete polishing services to residential and commercial clients.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in concrete polishing or related fields and be able to operate heavy machinery safely. A strong attention to detail and quality workmanship is essential, as well as good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.

Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for overtime. Our company offers training and development programs, as well as a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain polishing equipment and tools.
  • Prepare surfaces for polishing by grinding and cleaning.
  • Apply sealers and finishes to achieve desired results.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in concrete polishing or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
