Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in assessing construction project costs, particularly for projects valued in the million-dollar range.
  • Possession of an Associate's degree, high school diploma, or equivalent educational background.
  • Expertise in leading comprehensive project cost assessments.
  • Experience with detailed quantity take-offs is advantageous.
  • Capability to analyze and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of the regional market and established relationships with subcontractors are beneficial.
  • Previous experience in millwork construction is highly regarded.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
