- Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention programs
- Collaborate with district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage store operations, including payroll, scheduling, and employee development
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales and operational performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of retail management experience, including 3+ years in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
