Job Title: Site Civil Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Civil Project Engineer to join our team at KCI Technologies, Inc. As a Site Civil Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and preparing deliverables for multiple land development projects simultaneously, ensuring successful completion within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prepare engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information and ensure project compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in engineering techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Strong proficiency in using Civil 3D AutoCAD software.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site civil engineering, preferably in Maryland.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex engineering concepts to diverse audiences.
