Job Overview

i4 Search Group Healthcare is seeking a skilled Vascular Technologist to perform non-invasive vascular diagnostic procedures using ultrasound and Doppler studies. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Perform a range of diagnostic procedures, including ultrasound and Doppler studies, to assess blood flow and detect vascular abnormalities.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to provide accurate information to physicians and assist in developing treatment plans.
  • Document patient records accurately, including test results, patient history, and observations made during the procedure.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment planning for patients.
  • Associates degree in Vascular Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or a related field; Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Active certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in vascular technology or diagnostic medical sonography.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills, with the ability to accurately assess and interpret complex vascular conditions.
