About the Role:
EF Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the Center for Extended Care at Amherst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring the highest quality of resident care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including financial management, staff recruitment and development, quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and the community.
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure high-quality resident care and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial stability of the facility.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members to provide exceptional resident care.
Requirements:
- Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to nursing home operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high quality of care.
