Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Mental Health Technicians to provide essential support to our patients. Your role will involve collaborating with nursing and clinical teams to implement patient treatment plans. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient observations and rounds.
- Assisting staff with patient care while adhering to treatment protocols.
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting observations to the clinical team.
- Building therapeutic relationships with patients while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Supporting patients with daily living activities as needed.
- Ensuring appropriate supervision of patient activities.

Qualifications:
