Job Overview

Alliance Inspection Management LLC is a reputable provider of vehicle inspection and floorplan audit services, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional consumer service. Our team is seeking an experienced Auto Damage Auction Inspector to join our growing organization.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time-off. Successful employees are also eligible for bonus incentives based on their performance.

Job Responsibilities

As an Auto Damage Auction Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles at fixed third-party auction sites. Your tasks will include assessing the vehicle condition, recording any damage or repair requirements, and utilizing proprietary inspection software to ensure accurate reporting. You will work closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with client guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in body mechanics, inspections, or related roles
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
