Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and leadership, with a proven track record of success in supervising and managing teams. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the Central Pharmacy, including implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and evaluating staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage pharmacy staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance pharmacy services
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize pharmacy operations
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • SC Registered Pharmacy License
  • At least two years of experience in hospital pharmacy leadership
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
