About the Role

The Albany Community Health & Education organization is seeking a skilled Lecturer Allied Health to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching, facilitating learning, assessing, and mentoring students in accordance with relevant curriculum and/or training package requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and facilitate learning in accordance with curriculum and training package requirements
  • Assess and mentor students to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Stay up-to-date with technological and other developments in the field through professional development
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years working in allied health services or be a registered Allied Health Professional. It is preferred that you already possess the minimum credentials required for trainers and assessors to deliver accredited vocational education and training (VET), as stipulated at the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) or can demonstrate progression towards a relevant qualification.
