Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Retail team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and processing sales transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor Maintenance: Maintain sales floor zones to visual and merchandising standards, stock merchandise, and face items on shelves.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately scan merchandise, accept payment, and bag merchandise using the retail point-of-sale system.
  • Inventory Management: Set aside and notify supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, shopworn, or damaged items.
  • Security and Safety: Watch for and recognize security risks and report to management, maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all retail locations/kiosks.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to adhere to Brewers Team Store service standards.
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Availability: Willingness to work at any location as assigned, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
