Compensation and Benefits:

3M provides competitive pay and benefits, regularly benchmarking against other companies of similar size and scope. The expected compensation range for this position is $48,065 - $58,746, which includes base pay and potential variable incentive pay, if eligible. Additional benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.
