Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Auburn Hills, MI. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will provide exceptional client service, ensuring that every pet owner feels welcome and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and make friendly eye contact with every client, offering a warm and professional acknowledgement.
  • Assess each client's needs and provide emotional support and resource materials as needed.
  • Confirm appointments in advance and ensure clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
  • Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the appropriate team member.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
